Lately in World

Recently, in the world, I found myself in a difficult situation where I needed to get some medicine from the pharmacy. I was in a real bind and decided to ask three different people for their assistance. I assured them that I would pay back any money they spent on the medicine. However, to my disappointment, none of them agreed to help me out. This experience made me feel quite disheartened about the lack of humanity and support from others. The three people I approached were the manager at the nearest grocery store, the person who was hosting me at my Airbnb, and the customer service representative from the car rental company I had used. It was quite a letdown to see that none of them were willing to lend a helping hand when I needed it the most.

No one helped. I typed, “Are you scared?” Then I added, “Don’t get scared from them. “The humanity” you should be worry of is dying. You are killing it.”

Even in the movie “The Pianist,” there were some people who brought Adrien Brody medicine when he was sick. Is the world getting worse than Nazi era? Oh humanity, where are you?

While I was typing the last words of this article, I got a phone call from the **young man**, the customer service representative from the car rental company. He brought some of the medicine I needed.
