A Shattered Dream

A Shattered Dream

An anonymous reader sent me an email and saying, “Don’t forget that the only safe place is family.”

Often, we rush to judgment without understanding the circumstances that shape a person's life. From my never-coming book, I’d like to share a part’s summary, and you can see my response to that reader who thought my life was easy peasy on it by images in this article.

Summery of a part of my never-coming book:

“In her childhood, her father was her main source of love, while memories of her mother were vague to her as if her mother had only a son… Each morning, her father would kiss her eyelids and engage in deep conversations, making the world feel vast. His attic was a creative haven filled with workshops and treasures he turned into lamps, each a gift from his heart. She cherished their time together, filled with laughter and shared dreams.

At just twelve, she had set her heart on a guitar. She saved every coin, but it was never quite enough. Her father, with a knowing smile, filled in the gaps his love. A boy from her previous school, who played guitar, offered to help her buy one. Her father approved, and they went together. She was thrilled to finally have the guitar and planned lessons with him.

But reality struck like a thunderclap when she returned home after school. There it lay, her guitar shattered, broken in two. A wave of despair washed over her, tears spilling down her cheeks as she cried out, demanding to know who had done this. Silence surrounded her, a suffocating void where answers should have been. Years passed, but the question lingered, unanswered, like an echo in an empty room…. “

Have a lovely Monday, Sirin
